We want you to look and feel amazing in MOLOCO, so if for some reason you need to return an item, we can do that for you within 30 days of the order date.
Items must be unworn and in the original condition with tags attached. Return shipment fees are your responsibility. Please make sure to keep a copy of your tracking information, as we cannot refund any lost packages.
To initiate a return request:
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org first. You MUST notify us before sending merchandise back!
- Be sure to include the order number associated with the styles you are returning in your email.
- Also, please include the order number in your return package.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, you will be refunded within 7 days. Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement.
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you place a new order for the item you want and then return the original item. Please follow the return procedure above!
If you receive a damaged item, that’s not good! Please email us within 7 days of the original order date to let us know.
Any merchandise specifically marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for return. If you purchase an item on sale, you will be refunded the amount that was paid at the time of purchase.

We offer international shipping around the globe, and shipping rates are determined by the amount of items ordered and the country it is shipping to. Duties and taxes associated with the order will be included at checkout.
All international packages are shipped via UPS.
All international orders are final sale, and are therefore ineligible for return.
For all international orders, the recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred.
MOLOCO is not responsible for any fees charged by customs that may be due upon delivery.
International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Upon shipping and delivery of any international packages, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
